Update From Director John Dewey!
Read the latest update from Director John Dewey:
Dear Okemos Music Academy Students and Families,
Let’s celebrate some recent fun and fantastic guesses!
We had a blast with our last two front desk contests. “Bring Your Dad to Lessons Week” was a huge success, and it was wonderful to see so many fathers joining in the musical journey.
We’re already looking forward to it again next year!
Congratulations to Khang, Khang Jr., and Kayla, the lucky winners of the $100 Dick’s Sporting Goods gift card drawing that week.
Enjoy your shopping!
Next, a huge thank you to all the amazing moms who joined us for “Bring Your Mom to Lessons Week”! We loved having you.
Congratulations to our grand prize drawing winners: Becky, Annlyn, and Olivia, who received a $100 Visa gift card!
Our "Guess the # of M&M's" contest also brought a lot of excitement!
A round of applause for Simon, who made an absolutely incredible guess of 992 M&Ms when there were actually 991 in the jar!
Next, a quick reminder about a fantastic performance opportunity!
There’s still some time to sign up for our National Anthem performance at the Lugnuts game at Jackson Field on August 17th at 1:05 PM.
All current students are free to attend and perform, and any additional tickets for family and friends are just $12 each.
We strongly encourage all students and anyone attending to participate in the performance.
Please sign up at the front desk to secure your spot!
Finally, as you prepare for the academic year, remember our special Back to School Supplies Pack!
When you start music lessons in August, you’ll receive a FREE Back to School Supplies Pack, an Okemos Music Academy tote bag, plus a FREE music lesson registration!
This is a $75 value and includes essential items like pencils, pens, rulers, erasers, highlighters, a pencil case, a pencil sharpener, notebooks, filler paper, folders, scissors, glue sticks, colored pencils, crayons, and markers.
This offer is for new students only and expires on August 31, 2025.
It’s easy to get yours: simply visit www.LansingMusicLessons.com and select “Register Now,” or call/text 517-664-1110, and we’ll take care of the rest!
